At The Well Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note, USPS First Class does not include tracking and typically takes 5-7 business days.

Free shipping automatically applies to orders $75 USD and above, shipping to the U.S. only. If you believe your order qualifies for free shipping and that option is not showing up for you automatically, you can reach out to hello@atthewellproject.com for support.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  

We offer international shipping. For shipments to Canada, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, along with an estimated delivery time.

For shipments outside of the U.S. and Canada, a flat-rate shipping fee of $30 USD applies. These deliveries generally take 8-20 business days to arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. At The Well Project, Inc., is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@atthewellproject.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
