Join us to see how the Hebrew calendar and the lunar months can help you listen to your heart, draw from ancestral wisdom, and honor the transitions in your life.

We'll speak with honesty about the threshold moments we face at this age — including menopause, retirement, illness, caregiving, grief, grandparenthood, and beyond. We'll hold all of this and more within a caring community space held by expert facilitators and teachers.

As you'll see, the new moon practice of Rosh Chodesh is a sacred container for nourishing your mind, body, and soul.
